As Community and Developer Relations Manager you are a detail-oriented community manager and experienced technical writer who enjoys building lasting relationships with our developer community while creating content and resources to support our members. We are looking for an engaging and passionate communicator who will build and expand lasting relationships with community members and advocates.

This is your role

  • Cultivate relationships within the developer community and collaborate with community leaders and advocates
  • Write and edit content for the end user base and potential customers describing mogenius services.
  • Provide assistance in our communities related to product or technical questions.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to reach out to the community and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the product team to create and maintain internal and external content with a high standard of quality.
  • Help build our reputation as a dev platform and as a brand.
  • Create, maintain, and edit knowledge base articles that will be used by a broad audience with varying skill levels.
  • Manage all aspects of the documentation process - from planning to content maintenance.

What you bring to the table

  • You are a team player and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve big goals.
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a community manager, technical writer, or technical documentation writer
  • Experience working on technical content for developers, DevOps experts, and end users.
  • You are a good communicator, both to colleagues and to your target audience, developers.
  • Good understanding of full-stack software development, as well as cloud infrastructure tools and challenges.
  • Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on mentality - in a team of our size, planning and execution are in one hand.
  • You are an excellent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • You possess a broad range of skills from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • You have experience with project management and continuous improvement, and managing content in a CMS and on social media sites.
  • And most importantly, you are as motivated as we are to build something great and turn the cloud business on its head!
