We raised 2.5m Euros to continue making cloud-native software operations easier and more efficient for development teams. The financing round was led by Conceptum, Seed + Speed and Smart Infrastructure Ventures.
We are very pleased that we were able to win our investors for this financing round to continue our growth course and invest further in expansion. The development operations market is currently undergoing massive upheaval and presents teams with major challenges. Due to the increasing use of cloud and hybrid infrastructures, the complexity of operating software has increased massively in recent years and Kubernetes is a big driver of that change, requiring a lot of expertise and largely manual support. mogenius helps to optimize and automate these operating processes and successfully establish them throughout the entire organization.
Marc Wilczek, Managing Director of Conceptum, says: "We know the cloud infrastructure market very well and were excited about the opportunities mogenius has in this growing market as they offer real added value to software teams."
With our Kubernetes workspaces, developers can carry out actions independently using self-services. Configurations, rules, resources and standards are defined once and can then be reused efficiently across multiple teams and projects. This eliminates or significantly simplifies manual process steps, which reduces support costs and relieves developers. Teams save up to 60% of the time needed to put applications into operation or identify problems, minimize sources of error and increase operational reliability.
According to a study by imarc, the market for DevOps solutions ("Development Operations") was worth over US$ 10 billion last year and is expected to grow to over US$ 60 billion by 2032.
Alexander Kölpin, Managing Director of seed + speed, adds: "We were convinced by the growth potential and the mogenius team from the very beginning. DevOps teams are a rare commodity, the less time they have to spend on automatable tasks, the more time they have left for the really important issues."
We plan to use the funds from the financing round to expand its sales activities in Europe and the USA and to further develop the solution with additional monitoring, observability and AI functions.
We want to thank all our investors and supporters along the way!
