As Sales Manager for B2B SaaS (m/f/d), you will be closely involved in the marketing of our solution and will support us in expanding our international sales.

This will be your role

  • Engage and energize new and existing customers about our innovative Kubernetes platform via phone calls, webinars, and in-person meetings.
  • You will represent our agile tech startup at national and international events.
  • Identify key decision-makers within software development teams and expand your sales pipeline through targeted cold calling and strategic lead generation efforts.
  • You will independently schedule appointments with potential customers for product demos and requirements analysis.
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales process.
  • Leverage existing automation tools to streamline customer communication.

What you bring along

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business or computer science or have another comparable qualification.
  • You have initial experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales.
  • You communicate clearly and contribute your ideas.
  • You have a basic understanding of processes and technologies in software development.
  • You have a passion for networking, are communicative, and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • You work in a structured and careful manner and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
  • You are ambitious, motivated, and performance-driven, with a proactive approach.
  • You have excellent German and English skills.
  • You can be present in our office in Cologne-Ehrenfeld at least once a week (otherwise home office).
